The Nationalmusée um Fëschmaart is proud to present Land in Motion. Power, People, Landscapes, an innovative exhibition that brings together archaeological, historical and artistic narratives around the theme of landscapes.

Offering a diachronic perspective, the exhibition explores the evolving relationship between humanity and nature, focusing on how landscapes have been shaped by human influence and how nature has, in turn, influenced human societies. With a special emphasis on Europe and Luxembourg, the exhibition showcases a variety of works and objects from the museum’s collection that illustrate these interactions.

Rather than providing an exhaustive historical overview, the exhibition invites visitors to reflect on the complex dynamics between people and nature through the lens of landscape. By combining emotional, sensory and historical approaches, the exhibition aims to spark meaningful dialogue about the powerful and ongoing relationship between humans and the natural world.

Opening: 03.07.2025, 18:00-20:00
