The co-curator of the exhibition D'histoires et d'art will present an overview of the careers and output of the main master painters active in the former Duchy of Luxembourg during the Age of Enlightenment. This overview will give insights into the living conditions of these provincial "image-makers", highlight the links they maintained with their clients and reveal their sources of inspiration.
